PRIVACY POLICY
TRITONE respects its duty of secrecy with regard to any information relating to its clients to which it may have access by virtue of the services it provides, upholding the privacy of the information to which it has access for an indefinite period of time.
Implementation of both physical and logical security measures are employed to help prevent unauthorised access to information provided by clients.
These measures may include:
Signing confidentiality agreements with the providers or collaborators that TRITONE employs to provide the services its clients have signed up for.
Complying with the terms established in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.
Complying with the terms established in the Regulation governing the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data RD 1720/2007, and in particular the terms relating to security measures for information held in paper format and for its automated processing.
